10 more weeks!!!

So I have hit my 30 weeks! It kinda went by pretty fast but I know the next 10 weeks are going to be the longest EVER!! Each day that passes the anticipation gets stronger! Ive done alot of online shopping to keep me busy, and I can't wait to see all the stuff I bought for Nolan :)  I still need to get the travel system but Won't get it till a little later (already have one picked out )  Carter thinks its so funny to feel Nolan kick his hand. And when Nolan is asleep Carter tries to talk to Nolan so he can wake up lol smh. BTW I look HUGE!!! lol

 Ive also been planning Nolans Sip N See get together when I head back to CT.

Intruder Alert!

Soo  few nights ago I had a big scare! It was around 2am and I was tossing and turning in bed as usual, All of a sudden I hear raddling on my screen door to the porch. As if someone was trying to get it ( I always lock all my doors including that one) I was super scared! I  peeked out side but didn't see anything. Then I hear it again and I also hear foot steps going up and down my stairs next to the porch and noise from the railing. So at this point I'm thinking OMG someone is trying to get in! I get my phone and call 911! Because of the recent events that had happened to me, I didn't want to take any chances so I called right away and told them that I was scared someone was trying to get in. I was on the phone with the lady and she kept asking if I still hear anything or see anything, At this point I was not trying to look out the window with the chances of the Intruder seeing me! but I can still hear the door trying to be forced open. once I can see the cops light shine on my porch so I knew it was ok to look outside. So when I did look out the window and look at my door... guess who is trying to get in..... A DAMN BABY RACCOON!  SMH... I had left  the garbage next to the stairs by accident. and the Raccoon was scratching the screen next to the door to get the garbage!.I was so embarrassed, The cop was like um, you have a raccoon at trying to get in lol. but they where really nice about it. (mind your it was 4 cops that came to my rescue smh) they helped get ride of the Raccoon. I kept apologizing because I couldn't believe I called 911 for this lol... but one of the cops said, Haven't you seen the show COPS ... we save racoons too! lol.. so that was my big scare smh A freaking baby raccoon!

Ew Grosss!

So having my son back home with me is has been the greatest. This morning I made us both breakfast and watched his favorite cartoons together. He came and gave me a big hug so of course what mommy can't resist to smoother him in kisses... so I did... then of course my son pulls back after a min and goes EWww Gross You have coffee on your face! (meaning I have coffee breath) lol He is too funny.  I love these moments... just had to share because I got a nice laugh about it this morning.

28 weeks

I'm super excited to say that I have hit my last trimester and Can't wait to meet Nolan. I have around 12 more weeks to enjoy my pregnancy. I only have one more day left for my major and will be a college graduate :) alot to look forward to in the future. I'm definitely going to miss all this back pain from Nolan since he enjoys putting all his weight on my sciatic nerve on my back. lol just kidding that is one thing I won't miss! Walking is no joke at times as soon as I get I a freeze like I'm paralyzed because the pain goes all the way from my lower back to the end of my leg smh only last a few seconds to a min but still not the greatest feeling to have when i'm trying to run after my 3 year old. I have been doing alot of walking so hopefully it helps when its time for labor. We had a ultrasound done of baby Nolan and Carter was excited to see his baby brother on the screen. The sonogram pictures are not the best because Nolan has his back to my belly and was not wanting his picture taken at all. He is breach right now but hopefully he turns in to position when its time.

Baby's now the size of a squash!Baby's energy is surging, thanks to white fat depositing beneath his skin. And since he's growing so fast (weight will triple by birth), things are getting kind of cramped in the womb. What all this means for you: Get ready for some more kicks and jabs to the ribs.

Christmas is in 10 days! And Carter and I are excited to Celebrate Christmas and the New Year together. :) 2012 is going to a great year for my little family.

Kids say the darnest things

So Carter is finally home with me in the sunshine state! I couldn't be any more happier! I missed my little boy dearly. Of course seeing him at the airport I had a emotional attack lol seeing his face made me burst in tears. Now that he is here with me he has been nothing but great. Acting silly and always making mommy laugh. He is in the "why" stage. He wants to know everything. I seriously have conversations explaining things to my 3 year old and he listens. :)  Then questions me a little later to make sure he is right about the info I told him. We have a pond near our condo so he sees the ducks whenever we are on our porch. Funny question that has come out his mouth.... Do ducks fart??? lol

I honestly did not know what to tell him, because I don't know if they do! lol So a friend a mine googled for me and found out they actually do lol so I told him they do fart... and of course he comes back with.. WHY do they fart?? smh He is a silly boy.

I love that he talks to much, he is going to be a smart ass just like his mommy!

Carter's Turning 3!

3 years ago today I was in  labor and at 1:41am Carter Jayrell decided to make his way into this world.
He has been my everything, he stole my heart since the  first time I heard his heart beat! A love a mother has for her child is unconditional!  This weekend I'm going up North to celebrate Carter's Birthday and bring him back home. I'm so excited I can't wait to see him! (if you been reading my blog, you'd know that Carter has been up north with my parents  since Aug. so I could finish my last semester in college)

Bummer... No shower for me..

So at the beginning of my pregnancy I was super excited to have a shower and come up with a theme and all that. BUT .... due to the untimely circumstances that has happened to me I won't be having one. :/  super bummed because I wanted to get together with my Girlfriends and family to celebrate.  When Nolan comes I'm going to be in the process of moving back to up north.  I have an awesome internship at a Lab in NY in the summer so I definitely have to be ready for that. After my internship I will officially be a college graduate! So another reason to celebrate! I was thinking maybe doing a "sip n see" once I have everything settled so I can introduce Nolan to all my friends and family :) 

Fingers crossed Everything falls into place... and no negative things/people try and stop this from happening.
just in case your wondering:
Sip N See :: a small gathering of friends and family to all meet the new baby and usually accompanied by drinks and small meal.

Side Note! Tomorrow is Carter's 3rd BIRTHDAY!!!

25 weeks Thanksgiving week!

Gobble Gobble day is slowly approaching and so is Carter's 3rd birthday! 
Today Marks my 25 weeks which means only 15 more weeks or so Till Nolan makes his entrance! :)

Nolan is growing very well and is an active mover as usual,  My sleep is definitely not getting better, every time I move to get comfortable I get a swift kick letting me know little one isn't comfortable anymore lol
Nolans Growth:
Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. his weight — a pound and a half — isn't much more than an average rutabaga, but he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for some baby fat. As he does, his wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and he'll start to look more and more like a newborn. She's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture

Week 24

WEEK 24

This little boy has been kicking me like crazy! Either a kick to the bladder or punches all along my belly. lol No complaints though I love feeling him move.  Ive been craving nothing but sweets! I miss sleeping, I'm suppose to be enjoying all the sleep I can get because I know when the little one comes I won't have a good night sleep for a few MONTHS! lol I called those the Zombie days. Not looking forward to it. But I'm getting a taste since I can never get comfortable in bed. I use so many pillows and nothing helps, OR i'm just wide awake feeling little man wiggly and get comfortable himself.  16 more weeks or so till Carter and I meet my little boy!

Oct 26th- Pregnancy week 21!

Had the big "ultrasound" done

and drum roll please.....

I seriously thought I was going to have a little girl, but God is blessing me with another Baby boy. I couldn't wait to go home and tell Carter. Carter has been saying that he is having a little sister so when I told him it was a little boy he FLIPPED OUT!! lol... he is so upset that won't have a little sister. I'm sure he will get over it once he sees his little brother :)

First time Lighting the Fire

Well we have been in our new condo since May and haven't made much use of the fire place due to the heat in Florida! If we did, i would just place a few votive candles on a stand and make it look pretty at night watching a movie, but yesterday was the first night we had to go on the search for fire wood! It hit 45 degrees last night and the fireplace felt great. Mr. set the fire right and made it a great movie night. :)

Half Way Point! {20weeks}

20 WEEKS::This Week I hit the Half Way Mark, Which means only about 20 more weeks till My little one is here!

Weight: actually lost 4 pds

Stretch Marks:  Nope :)

Kicks/Movement: Someone is having a party in my belly { I Love to feel the baby move}

Carter's Thoughts: "Did you have the baby yet!?" [Someone is more impatient than mommy]

Mommy Sleep: Woke up the other night scared and screaming like someone from a horror movie, and I have no clue why!! I scared my MR. to pieces! smh I don't wanna have that feeling again! [slept with my closet light on]

Gender: Still don't know yet :(  {feel like its a girl}

Whats Going on with Baby B in the Womb: Baby is swallowing more these days, which is good practice for the digestive system. He or she is also producing meconium

I'm Excited to hit the half way mark and its making me kinda of nervous because its going to go by so fast. My little boys 3rd birthday is coming up next month too! I can't believe he is going to be 3 I look at his baby pics and of course cry lol I miss him so much, can't wait to pick him up from his grandma's and celebrate his birthday.
